at 7 in the morning,breakfast.at 10 snack,at 12 lunch,at 3 or 4 supper,at 7 in the in evening bed time snack.A beautiful story book 2 put her 2 bed can also help.

Breakfast-8am Lunch -12 or 12:30, when you eat. Snack at 3:30 if needed Dinner -whenever you eat. 6 or 6:30. No need for a lot of snacks. Then they won't eat good meals Simple as that
